A male Wood Duck flies in to meet its reflection on a pond. These ducks live in a variety of habitats - all include water, of course. They live in swamps, marshes, creeks, rivers and beaver ponds, preferring places with lots of wooded or shrubby cover. Wood Ducks eat a variety of plant materials amended with bugs and aquatic creatures.
